• Clients Now (Powerhouse CRM) - our digital marketing partner. Enquiry details are forwarded to their lead management system and a copy is sent to their leads mailbox so no enquiry is missed.
• Google Analytics - website traffic and usage analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity - website usage and interaction analytics.
• Google reCAPTCHA - protects our forms from automated spam. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Maps - office location maps embedded on our contact page.
• ip-api.com - converts a submitted IP address into an approximate city and region.
• Our email and hosting providers - to deliver and store enquiry emails.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

5. WhatsApp enquiries

If you contact us using the WhatsApp button, your message and phone number are handled within WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to this policy. We use the details you send there only to respond to your enquiry.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the work carried out, and thereafter for as long as required to meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including access controls on our systems and encrypted connections to the Website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
